I was introduced to The Not Dot 4 yrs ago by Carol French, a long time Not Dotter. Nursing was my profession but I have been a crafter for most of my life. I come from a large family of very talented craftsmen. Needlework and sewing were the start of this journey at a young age. I started basket weaving nearly 40 years ago and it became my primary focus of work. I teach, design and weave baskets in a variety of styles using a variety of materials. Items range from functional baskets to eclectic art pieces.

While rehabbing from surgery 10 yrs ago I began to add needlework back into what I create. Needlework focuses around baby and children's items; clothing, blankets and whimsical and traditional Amigurumi stuffed animals and cuddlers. I have offered some vintage items as well in my "spot."

I have developed Cody, a Bills Buffalo Amigurumi and a Geneseo Knight Gnome for area sports fans. Custom orders are encouraged and welcome.
